LET’S CELEBRATE YOU

Pizza Hut needed a new hiring campaign that evolved with their workforce and showcased the community and growth perspective employees could expect. Our goal was to develop an emotive and compelling campaign that was an honest reflection of the Pizza Hut brand, and more importantly, the people who work there.


Creative Direction, Art Direction, Design & Illustration

The core of the campaign was a manifesto that lifted the curtain and showed the actual people responsible for both making the pizzas and the inclusive culture at Pizza Hut locations across the nation.

We also created short vignettes with current Pizza Hut employees that showcased their hobbies, work ethics and most importantly personalities to use across the Pizza Hut job site and social.

The photo library created during this shoot utilized a transparent production aesthetic that deprioritized the setting to hone in on the personality and expressions of the Pizza Hut employees. More so, we captured imagery of them both in and out of their uniforms to support their stories of how Pizza Hut impacts their work and personal lives. These were utilized in banners and POP materials.
