AAA was in a pickle: being a well-known brand well-known for only one thing: emergency roadside assistance. Nine times out of ten, if you’re in an emergency on the side of the road, AAA comes to mind. That emergency moment was the inspiration for this campaign highlighting the expected and unexpected emergencies that having a AAA Membership solves from flat tires to existential dread. I was the lead visual creative for this campaign and led it from concept through delivery, working closely with internal teams, production partners and clients at every step along the way.

FIVE SPOTS IN FIVE DAYS (AGAIN)
This campaign mirrored the production of our previous campaign for AAA, shooting five spots over five days. Highlights include: an air cannon breaking a window (three times), a pistachio spinning on a green-screen stick, and a parking lot so hot, like really really hot.
BEYOND VIDEO
I supervised on-set still photography and created a suite of icons for every kind of emergency that AAA solves from dead batteries to deals on flowers. These icons were used in every campaign deliverable.
